    I have mexican friends that are American citizens and there are plenty of them fighting for our country.
    They will celebrate like we all should.

    Shoot of illegal fire works, drink Corona’s, and laugh about how they can break the law and get away with it. If they are illegal. However, Mexican American citizens will celebrate as Americans do.

    In that so many businesses are open today, along with many business persons who employ those who are illegal, I presume many will be working. They will probably celebrate as well the Indepence of the USA. Afterall it is that independence that has spawned the government which allows them to be here. In fact they have reason to celebrate the freedom of the USA as much as the rest of us. Were we still under other rule who knows what immigration would be like now. Why wouldn’t they celebrate and honor a system of government which provides for them and allows them to be here regardless of the legalities? Why wouldn’t they celebrate and honor the fact that their women can squat on the border and give birth to a Mexican baby only to then be welcomed with open arms due to location of birth, rather than legal status of the mother when born or citizenship along iwth legal status of the mother when born? Indeed they have every right to celebrate because the freedoms they enjoy are the faults of those in power of the USA. Is it their fault or is it a problem needing fixing from those who can make the decisions? Happy Independence Day to All.

    Mostly, they all want to be part of the USA & they do celebrate the holidays we honor. They are already Americans because they live in the Americas–North, Central, & South America. This is the USA, not America. Too generic. Holiday off? Well, I’d leave it to their employers conscience. Just don’t forget that many illegal aliens are hired by guys that are “good businessmen.” Why? Cheap labor, often skilled blue-collar work. DUH!

    In Hazleton, PA, the fireworks were held last night (7-3-07). As I watched the crowd, I noticed that only about 8 hispanic people showed up, out of the presumed 10,000 that live in Hazleton. What’s wrong with that picture …

    They will have parties….you know how they all just LOVE parties. They will celebrate anything and everything just to have a party. They partied today but I highly doubt they even had a clue what they were actually celebrating and I doubt they cared.
