    I like kabobs with just some chicken/pork/beef/shrimp marinated in lemon pepper sauce and onions, bell peppers, and pineapple. They are easy to make and grill. I would suggest that you let the meat marinate for a few hours, soak wood kabobs for a couple hours and grill them in tin foil.

    here is a recipe to dress up your hamburgers. serves 6 and are ready in 25 min.

    Cola Burgers

    INGREDIENTS
    1 egg
    1/2 cup cola-flavored carbonated beverage, divided
    1/2 cup crushed saltine crackers
    6 tablespoons French salad dressing, divided
    2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
    1 1/2 pounds ground beef

    DIRECTIONS
    Preheat a grill for high heat. When the grill is hot, lightly oil the grate.
    In a medium bowl, mix together the egg, 1/4 cup of cola, crackers, 2 tablespoons of French dressing, and Parmesan cheese. Crumble in the ground beef, and mix well. Form into 6 balls, and pat into 3/4 inch patties. Pour the remaining cola and dressing into a small bowl, and mix well.
    Grill burgers for about 3 minutes per side. Brush with the dressing and cola, then grill for 8 to 10 more minutes, basting occasionally.

    this is a great side dish to go with burgers.

    Sloppy Joe’s. Cheap and easy. Just get a big container that you can plug in to keep the meat warm. Can’t go wrong with that. Cole slaw for a side. Get the bag of shredded close slaw, then get approx. 1 jar of Jimmy’s cole slaw mix per bag or 2 jars for 3 bags of slaw would work. Potato chips and beer, you’re done.

    Tex-Mex Burger with Cajun Mayo
    INGREDIENTS

    * 1/2 cup mayonnaise
    * 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
    * 1 1/3 pounds ground beef sirloin
    * 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
    * 1/2 cup diced white onion
    * 1 clove garlic, minced
    * 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
    * 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    * 4 slices pepperjack cheese
    * 4 hamburger buns, split
    * 4 leaves lettuce
    * 4 slices tomato

    DIRECTIONS

    1. Preheat grill for medium-high heat. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and 1 teaspoon of Cajun seasoning. Set aside.
    2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground sirloin, jalapeno pepper, onion, garlic, 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning, and Worcestershire sauce using your hands. Divide into 4 balls, and flatten into patties.
    3. Lightly oil the grilling surface, and place the patties on the grill. Cook for about 5 minutes per side, or until well done. During the last 2 minutes, lay a slice of cheese on top of each patty. Spread the seasoned mayonnaise onto the insides of the buns. Put burgers in the buns, and top with lettuce and tomato to serve.
