It’s going to be very expensive to do a holiday wedding! Make sure you send out save the dates ASAP for your guests to make plans.
For colors, I would stray away from the traditional fourth of July colors, you don’t want to look like a parade…unless you do really want those colors.
I, personally, like more natural colors. I am using an ocean blue color with a champagne (light taupe) color for my August wedding. Maybe some pastel lavender and blues? For flowers, I would go for what is in season in your area–again, you’re probably going to be dishing out a lot more money because of the holiday.
Food–BBQ? Unless you have a very formal atmosphere…Good luck and congratulations!!

4th of July - fireworks is a must whether formal or casual.
I would choose a great shade of blue with silver, with a splash of red as my colors. Depending on your style, a formal reception could be worked into these colors. Or you might want a more casual outdoor reception. Could be on the terrace of a venue, at someone’s large backyard, a park.
A buffet or served hor deavors with cocktails would be fun.
Or I would have the biggest picnic reception anyone ever saw at a park on the water. Have fun.

I would go with the 4th of july theme to be honest. White wedding dress, blue bridesmaid dresses, red flowers and decore. Like the other responses diffenetly sparklers and/or fireworks (depending what is legal where you live). I’d rent a inside pavallion at a park, or regional park and do a pig roast or some kind of picnic theme. The kids could go outside, it would be even more neat if you could rent a place near where they would light of the night’s fireworks for your town/city. 4th of july so means picnics, lights, togetherness, beer, and memories!

We do personalized runners with a multitude of art designs, you could use fireworks, flags, rockets, liberty bell, eagles.
I guess it just depends how patriotic you want to get.

Obviously incorporating red white and blue is a fun color theme for the Fourth.

    Good luck-

I would do a red white and blue wedding with fire works at the reception. If you could do it lake side even prettier. You can check this site out for different colors to see what they look like. I say chose the colors you love! Best Wishes!
